To achieve a sound career in development area especially in the field of various capacity development initiatives, natural resource management programs, planning, implementation, monitoring by proper utilizing acquired expertise based on about 10 years demonstrated professional experience at GO, NGO/INGO projects.

Experience

I have around 10 years Field and Managerial working experiences of rural mainly river eroded and disaster prone livelihoods, Institutional development (CBO, LGI-Ups) with different National & International donor funded projects like Government (DoF), Local NGO and International donor agency- DANIDA and World Bank funded LGSP-2 (Second Local Governance Support Project). Presently I have been working as a District Facilitator under World Bank funded LGSP-2, LGD, Ministry of LGRD & cooperatives; a comprehensive, good governance development program of Union Parishad of Bangladesh. To facilitate and support for strengthen Local Government (Union Parishad) Institutions through training, meeting, planning, open budget declaration, practice good governance (providing information- Support functioning of the UP Helpline, UP web-portal update). Closely monitor data entry by Union Information Service Center (UISC, Now UDC) and check the validity of the information that had been entered. Maintain regular electronic communication with Project Management Unit of LGSP-II, Ups and other stakeholders. As a DF, LGSP-2, DC office Lakshmipur I am a active member of National E-Service System (NESS) under A2I programme as well as I have good commend on computer functions. Thus, I have multi-sectoral working experience. Major responsibilities in my previous jobs were related to Agricultural development, Community Based Organization (CBO) formation, supervise mainly women lead Farmer Field Schools (FFS) activities ie; homestead based IGA which is focused on improving food and nutrition security and women’s empowerment and other pro-poor field activities ie; formation PMGs (producer & marketing groups), Asset (need based) procure and transfer among vulnerable household. Develop linkage among beneficiaries, Partners Organization and Local Government as well as GOs for the effective project designing, planning, budgeting, implementation and monitoring. I am learning from my jobs and it enriches my confident, skill, project-implementing capacity. I hope this position will be another more effective scope to utilize my experience and skills on a broader aspect. I would be grateful if you are kind enough to consider me for the post. A research work on Climate changing effect on the Fisher Community as well as their alternate Livelihoods adaptation presented by me in the Ist National Conference on Community Based Adaptation held on 8-9 April 2012, Dhaka, Bangladesh. I am learning from my jobs and it enriches my confident, skill, project-implementing capacity.
