Tiger shrimp (Penaeus monodon Fab.) is species which originaly from Indonesia. P. monodon has been cultured in 1.000 M2 for engineering activities At Aquaculture Business Centre Karawang-West Java, Indonesia. The aims of this culture were to obtain profitability and sustainability at different stocking density at 1.000 M2.  The stocking density were 15, 18, 25 and 40 ind/M2. The engineering activities had been done at a cluster (sub blok) where consisted of two reservoirs and six culture ponds that all of the ponds are 1.000 M2 each. Cluster completed with biosecurity farm level such as crab protection device, bird scaring device, fence, and desinfectan. In this culture applied closed water system technic and minimize water exchange. This culture activities had been done in three period of culture, meanwhile the duration of each period culture were 100-119 days. The results showed that for 15 ind/M2 obtained average shrimp biomass, survival rate, ADG, and FCR were 244,5 Kg, 55%, 0,24 g/day and 1,87, respectively. For 18 ind/M2 obtained shrimp biomass, survival rate, ADG, and FCR were 335 Kg, 60%, 0,22 g/day and 1,80, respectively. For 25 ind/M2 obtained shrimp biomass, survival rate, ADG, and FCR were 350 Kg, 64%, 0,20 g/day and 1,75, respectively. For 40 ind/M2 obtained average shrimp biomass, survival rate, ADG, and FCR were 360 Kg, 51%, 0,16 g/day and 1,9, respectively. The average cost of production for 15, 18, 25, and 40 ind/M2 were   Rp. 38,000/Kg, Rp. 37,000/Kg, Rp. 42,000/Kg and Rp. 43.000/Kg. Shrimp stocking density of 25 ind/M2 obtained more benefit than the other stocking densities. Carrying capacity as a important factor in that engineering activities of shrimp culture. Laboratory analysis showed that infection of viral disease such as wssv had not been occured during shrimp culture. Water quality parameters were suitable for shrimp culture, so that duration of shrimp culture reached 119 days.
