Multilocation test of Mycobacterium fortuitum vaccine "MycofortyVac" for prevention of Mycobacteriosis disease in gouramy Osphronemus gouramy

MycofortyVac was an inactive vaccine that contain of local isolate bacteria M. fortuitum antigen for prevention Mycobacteriosis diseases in gouramy. MycofortyVac vaccine was effective to use at laboratory reseach in the fact, Nevertheless it was need to know the effectiveness in the field trial at locations that have different ecology zone. The aim of the study was to know the effectiveness of "MycofortyVac "M. fortuitum vaccine at other location in different condition.

The location test was Ciganjur - Jakarta and Ciseeng - Parung that representative from the area with 100 to 200 meter above sea level and ; Banjarnegara that representative from the area with 200 to 300 meter above sea level ; Cipatujah - Tasikmalaya was the representative area from 400 to 500 meter above sea level; Sukabumi was the representative area 600 - 700 meter above sea level. Parameters for indicating successful vaccination were antibody titre, survival rate, relative percentage survival and growth (weight and length) and Titre antibody value. The vaccinated Gouramy from the location in 100 - 300 from the sea showed the survival rate, relative percentage survival and growth (weight and length) more highly compare to other location. Aplication MycofortyVac at all locations test were real can  increase the specific immune response of gouramy, it was seen in antibody titre value test.
