Two application tests of Chlorella sp. concentrate on tambakan (Helostoma temmincki) larva rearing and Rotifera on snakehead (Channa striata) larva rearing were conducted to determine the right combination of natural feed on larvae phase. In the first trial, three different times application of Chlorella sp. dan Rotifera concentrate were done on D20-D50 (A. D20-D30, B. D20-D40, C. D20-D50). Tambakan larvae also feed with the same Artemia and pelet on D30-D50.

The result showed that the highest survival rate and length growth were obtained on the application of Chlorella sp. and Rotifera on D20-D50 Tambakan larvae that is 62,86% dan 1,26 cm (Figure 1 and Figure 2), respectively. In the second trial, snakehead larvae rearing were done until 30 days with three different times application of Chlorella sp. and Rotifera concentrate (A. D3-D10, B. D3-D20, C. D3-D30). Snakehead larvae also feed with Moina sp. on D3-D10 and Tubifex sp. on D10-D30. The result showed that the best survival rate were obtained on the application of D3-D20 that is 75,33% (Figure 3) and the highest length growth were obtained on the application of D3-D30 that is 2,44 cm (Figure 4).
