The yellow snapper is an species with high economic value in the mexican Pacific coasts. with the objetive of known the health conditions that organisms present in the natural environment, they were captured 96 specimen in the Macapule bay located on the North of Sinaloa, each 6 months, since December, 2013 to December, 2014, whose average size varied since 29.7 cm during the June sampling to 12.5 cm during the December, 2013. It was determinated the condition factor (CF) wich was used to evaluate the physical condition of the fishes.  They were extracted a blood sample of 1.5±0.2 ml by puncturing rate, using a syringe with Heparine (Sintex S.A. de C.V.) it was determinated the total proteins concentrations, triglycerides, cholesterol and glucose. The total proteins it was determinated by the chlorometric method of Bradford (1986), for determination of triglycerides, cholesterol and glucose they were used comercials kits (RANDOX®). The factor condition vary significantly (P<0.05), presenting high values during the months of December (1.5±0.03%)  and (1.33±0.03%) during June. The levels of total proteins (10.4±0.3 g/dL), triglycerids  (49.8±3.6 mg/dL) and cholesterol (41.7±2.8 mg/dL) and founded in L. argentiventris showed significantly difference (P<0.05), and they were higher during December 2013. However this values were lower than those reported to other species of marine and fresh-water fishes, exceptly the levels of totals proteins.
