The job purpose of the Farm Manager is to ensure the smooth running of pearl oyster farming operations by planning, coordinating, and supervising all FAG team activities, maintaining the health and quality of oysters, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and leading employee training and development to achieve established production targets.Requirements
• Have a Bachelor's degree in Fisheries and Marine Science, Aquaculture, or relevant. • Have a Basic Sea Survival certificate. • Have a diving certificate, at least Basic Diver / Open Water Diver. • Have in-depth knowledge of pearl oyster cultivation. • Have the ability to operate a computer and use Microsoft Office for report creation. • Proficiency in swimming and diving. • Skill in driving a Speed Boat. • Have 5 years of experience as Assistant Manager in the same field or have 10 years of experience as Farm Supervisor.Contact Information
