Contractor - Technical Executive (Aquaculture)

Job Details

Aquaculture technical supervisor working in provinces in the Mekong Delta region and mainly responsible for managing and operating the fish fingerling technical team, developing technical procedures for fish fingerling rearing, training and educating staff on collecting and analyzing technical data, disease management, environmental management, health care management in fish fingerling production. Organizing technical seminars, updating common disease situations and developing appropriate solutions for each fish fingerling farming customer area.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITY

• Develop a human resource allocation strategy based on the company's business situation. Develop performance evaluation criteria, provide professional training and work procedures for technical experts (30%)
• Deploy technical processes for fish breeding customers: Organize monthly field workshops, farmer workshops in conjunction with partners. Technical workshops for Key Account customer farms (30%)
• Monthly statistical analysis of technical data for customers in each region, update reports and propose solutions for improvement or timely handling of situations (20%)
• Periodic weekly/monthly/annual reports on disease situation, new farming processes, new technical solutions applied in the area (20%)
