Safety + Systems First - Promote and follow safety protocols while maintaining clean, efficient systems. Model best practices and expect the same from your crew. Requirements

• Rooted in Aquaculture or Environmental Science - You bring hands-on experience in marine plant cultivation, aquaculture operations, or similar fields. You understand both the science and the systems with both the educational credentials and field work to support. Technically Fluent - Spreadsheets, tracking, KPis? No problem. You’re comfortable using data to guide decisions, create clarity, and drive continuous improvement. Builder of Teams, Not Just Tasks - You lead with both heart and structure. Your team knows you care—and they also know what’s expected. You create clear roles, consistent rhythms, and accountability that fosters growth.
