Share updates that help the whole team adapt and respond in real-time. Schedule + Optimize- Track plant growth, inventory, and environmental metrics. Use data to troubleshoot issues, forecast needs, and streamline nursery workflows. Teamwork in Action- Coordinate with biology and restoration crews to ensure nursery operations align with field timelines. You’re the bridge between plant production and project execution. Safety + Systems First - Promote and follow safety protocols while maintaining clean, efficient systems. Model best practices and expect the same from your crew. Requirements

Who You Are

  • Rooted in Aquaculture or Environmental Science - You bring hands-on experience in marine plant cultivation, aquaculture operations, or similar fields. You understand both the science and the systems with both the educational credentials and field work to support. Technically Fluent - Spreadsheets, tracking, KPis? No problem. You’re comfortable using data to guide decisions, create clarity, and drive continuous improvement. Builder of Teams, Not Just Tasks - You lead with both heart and structure.
