Aquaculture Manager / Supervisor

Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Aquaculture Manager / Supervisor to lead the aquaculture operations at one of the region’s most advanced aquaponic farms. The role requires strong expertise in commercial RAS systems and hands-on experience with Barramundi (Lates calcarifer) and Tilapia. This position will be responsible for achieving target production, day-to-day management of the aquaculture unit, ensuring fish health, optimizing feeding efficiency (FCR), overseeing water quality, and coordinating harvest schedules. This position shall also be responsible to coordinate with Greenhouse team to ensure sufficient balance of nutrients and water quality between Aquaculture and Greenhouse units.

Requirements

Msc. Fisheries science with 8+ years of experience in commercial RAS Fish production.
