Job Details
Aquaculture technical supervisor working in provinces in the Mekong Delta region and mainly responsible for managing and operating the technical team of fish fry, developing technical procedures for fish hatchery, training and educating staff on collecting and analyzing technical data, disease management, environmental management, health care management in fish fry production. Organizing technical seminars, updating the situation of common diseases and developing appropriate solutions for each customer area of fish fry farming.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITY
- Develop a human resource allocation strategy based on the company's business situation. Develop performance evaluation criteria, provide professional training and work procedures for technical experts (30%)
- Deploy technical processes for fish breeding customers: Organize monthly field workshops, farmer workshops in conjunction with partners. Technical workshops for Key Account customer farms (30%)
- Monthly statistical analysis of technical data for customers in each region, update reports and propose solutions for improvement or timely handling of situations (20%)
- Periodic weekly/monthly/annual reports on disease situation, new farming processes, new technical solutions applied in the area (20%)
