Job Details

Your responsibilities

• Technical and biological support for our state-of-the-art aquaculture facility
• Shrimp production cycle from stocking to harvesting market-ready shrimp
• Post-larval rearing and fattening of shrimp
• Harvesting, refining & processing of Bavarian shrimp
• Quality management in breeding and processing
• Handling and maintenance of the technical components of the recirculating system
• Monitoring water quality & feeding management of shrimp

Requirements

Your profile

• Ideally, initial practical experience with aquaculture and recirculating aquaculture systems technology.
• Reliability and precise working methods with high quality standards
• Physical fitness, quick comprehension and team spirit
• Craftsmanship and technical understanding
• A passion for high-quality food and the motivation to give our best every day for the well-being of our Bavarian shrimp.
• Ideally, a Class B driving license.
