Job Details
As part of a Future Aquaculture Planning project, the successful candidate will work with Aquaculture Technical Centers to create a network of aquaculture observatories, called Valerian (funded by the EMFF). Their responsibilities will include:
• Analysis based on data acquired from the impacts of climate change on aquaculture basins with the aim of creating monitoring indicators;
• The valorization of data from in situ measurements (zootechnical performance, environment) for the purpose of aquaculture planning. But also the valorization and analysis of time series and indicators in the Géolittoral aquaculture portal;
• The contribution of its expertise to study the relationships between marine environment / livestock performance through the creation of national indicators.
• Exchanges with partners, carrying out spatial and statistical analyses, proposing methods.

• Scientific or technical knowledge in the fields of animal health, marine environment, climate change, and time series processing and analysis
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and techniques, particularly R
• Proficiency in GIS tools
• Concepts in project management
