Shrimp Grow-Out Manager

Position Overview
Oversee all pond operations to maximize shrimp growth, survival, and harvest quality while optimizing feed conversion and maintaining environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage pond preparation, stocking, and grow-out cycles
Develop and implement feeding strategies and schedules
Monitor shrimp growth, health, and pond conditions
Coordinate water exchange and aeration systems
Plan and execute harvest operations
Manage pond maintenance and equipment
Supervise pond technicians and workers
Maintain production records and cost analysis
Coordinate with the hatchery for larvae stocking

Requirements

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, or related field, 4+ years of experience in shrimp pond management
Knowledge of pond dynamics and water management
Experience with feeding strategies and growth optimization
Team leadership experience
Arabic and French fluency (English Preferred)

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in desert/arid climate aquaculture (RAS System)
Knowledge of intensive shrimp farming systems
Harvest and post-harvest handling experience
