Engineering internship in innovative aquaculture - Process improvement

As part of the engineering team, and depending on the internship schedule, your main tasks in supporting and deploying the new farms will be: 

• Continuous improvement: 

• Analyze failures and unit operations methodically (such as 5M, Ishikawa diagrams, etc.) to develop and monitor corrective action plans. 

• Capitalize on lessons learned to optimize existing installations (retrofit) and revise operating protocols. 

• Studies, projects: 

• Prepare the operational documents necessary for the start-up of the new farm in Seine-et-Marne 

• Participate in the management of the start-up project 

• Technical support for production:  

• Assist the production team with the technical and analytical aspects of production management and control. 

• Supporting operators in their skills development 

• Participating in livestock operations to stay close to the field and the production teams 

Requirements

• 
  Preferably at the end of an engineering degree (Bac +4 or 5 level) or during a gap year. 

• General training or specialization in processes, water treatment, hydraulics, thermal engineering or aquaculture engineering 

• Knowledge of continuous improvement tools 

• Rigour, analytical and synthesis skills 

• Oral and written fluency 

• Good listening and coordination skills 

• Autonomy and responsiveness / proactivity 

• Interest in the world of startups and tech
