Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:
- Define product strategy and roadmap for aquaculture in IMEA.
- Develop technical action plans and adapt global campaigns regionally.
- Analyze market trends, competitor data, and customer needs.
Technical Support & Training:
- Train internal sales/marketing teams and distributors.
- Provide technical services to customers and partners.
- Organize and monitor field trials to validate product efficacy.
Business Development:
- Collaborate with sales managers on key account plans.
- Support sales teams during customer visits and events.
- Act as brand ambassador at exhibitions, webinars, and conferences.
Networking & Influence:
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, universities, and institutes.
- Serve as liaison between global aqua teams and regional stakeholders.
Marketing Contribution:
- Co-develop annual campaign calendar with regional/global marketing.
- Adapt technical messages and visuals for local relevance.
- Provide market intelligence and validate campaign outcomes.
Accountability
- Deliver technical training and support.
- Execute technical action plans aligned with global and regional strategies.
- Strengthen product and service positioning in the market.
Requirements
- MSc in Aquaculture (nutrition/health focus preferred).
- 5+ years industrial experience in aquaculture technical management.
- Expertise in trial protocols, farming practices in IMEA.
- Strong communication skills in English; frequent travel (30-50%).
- Dynamic, customer-focused, results-driven, and skilled in influencing without authority.
