INTERNSHIP OFFER

Production – Comprehensive audit and optimization plan for the RAS (Resource and Support Area)  of a sea bass (Dicentrarchus labrax) hatchery

Missions :

• Mapping of existing closed circuits (diagrams, component capacities, flow rates, volumes, biomass, etc.)
• Analysis of sizing by equipment (hydraulics, filtration, oxygenation, sterilization, water parameters, etc.)
• Identification of critical points in terms of technical, energy, health and operational performance
• Proposal for a prioritized action plan (short/medium term priorities, investments, gains and ROI)
• Summary of results in an audit report

Requirements

Desired profile:

• Engineering or Master's student (aquaculture, marine biology, animal production, processes)
• Knowledge of aquaculture and hydraulics
• Skills in comparative analysis, synthesis and economic reasoning
• Rigour, autonomy and interest in the sector

Internship conditions

• Duration: 6 months (between January and August 2026)
• Location: Gravelines Ichtus Marine Hatchery (North)
• Supervision is provided by the Production Manager, in close collaboration with the Nursery Manager.
