Roles & Responsibilities

Sales of Aquaculture Feed & Technology Products

  • Promoting and selling shrimp feed and aquaculture technology to farmers.
  • Ensure sales targets are achieved according to company plans.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to improve sales strategies.

Market Development & Management

  • Identifying and expanding sales areas in Sulawesi, Lombok, and Sumbawa.
  • Building long-term relationships with customers, distributors and business partners.
  • Conduct field visits to ponds to better understand the needs of farmers.

Customer Education & Technical Support

  • Provides technical information about products, including feed benefits and technology solutions.
  • Offering technology-based solutions to increase pond productivity.

Sales & Negotiation Strategy

  • Develop marketing and product promotion strategies based on market needs.
  • Negotiate prices and contracts with customers and distributors.
  • Manage product stock and distribution in assigned areas.

Billing & Receivables Management (AR)

  • Ensure the billing process runs smoothly in accordance with company policy.
  • Monitor and manage customer receivables (AR) to maintain company cash flow.
  • Communicate with customers regarding overdue payments and seek solutions to payment issues.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate AR recording and reporting.

Collaboration & Performance Reporting

  • Collaborate with internal teams (operational and finance) to improve business efficiency.
  • Prepare sales performance reports, market trends, and business development recommendations for management.
  • Create regular reports related to AR and billing to ensure compliance with company financial policies.

Requirements

Skills & Abilities

  1. Have at least 2-3 years experience in a similar position, especially in the shrimp industry
  2. Focus on details and have good integrity
  3. Up-to-date with technological developments
  4. Willing to visit client's farms and work anywhere
  5. Fluent in English and able to understand conversations in regional languages ​​(Javanese, Sundanese, etc.) is an added value
