Reports to: Director – Shrimp Procurement Domestic and Supply Chain

Main Purpose of the Role:

Lead and act as a key liaison to translate sustainability policies into actionable practices within the organization. Monitor, coordinate, and drive initiatives related to environmental and social standards to align with global benchmarks and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sustainability teams on social and environmental projects and provide progress updates.
• Translate sustainability policies and standards into practical guidelines for implementation.
• Analyze issues, prepare reports, monitor risks, and propose preventive and corrective actions.
• Communicate essential information effectively to relevant departments.
• Coordinate with global procurement sustainability teams to ensure alignment with corporate standards.
• Track and apply emerging trends in environmental and social practices to shrimp farming operations in Thailand.
• Supervise and support implementation teams to achieve defined goals.

• Percentage of volume sourced under responsible sourcing schemes
• Risk reduction in supply chain

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Biology, Sustainability, or Supply Chain Management.
• 10–15 years of experience in aquaculture industry, sustainability, responsible sourcing, or supply chain compliance.
• Strong knowledge of ASC/BAP standards (essential).
• Experience in supplier evaluation, social & environmental audits, food safety, labor compliance, and ESG.
• Proven track record working with farms, producers, and auditing processes.

Personal Competencies:

• Leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship management.
• Strategic communication and project management skills.
• Ability to travel to farms and factories across provinces.

Language Skills:

• Proficient in English.
