Job Details
Your responsibilities will be working across a number of BioMar functions (mainly R&D, Technical/Nutrition, Commercial, BioFarm/Customer Service and Country Marketing) to identify new opportunities, assess product performance, and develop long-term strategic category roadmaps for future products, product enhancements and the commercialisation of products based on market data and feedback. The aim is to launch products and concepts in a systematic way to ensure local requirements and adaptations are considered to maximise the potential.
Working primarily in Ho Chi Minh city R.O and Vinh Long (Ben Tre) plant with a flexibity of domestic travel to visit customers & farm, your main tasks will be to:

Product development: Drive end-to-end product development from ideation to market launch, managing product cases aligned with strategic goals and cost-benefit models. Collaborate cross-functionally to shape category roadmaps and innovation pipelines.

Product Life Cycle Management: Manage the full product lifecycle within the aqua feed category, ensuring continuous improvement and market relevance through customer insights, competitor analysis, and strategic initiatives.

Product Marketing: Partner with Marketing to execute go-to-market strategies, support sales enablement, and deliver compelling product materials including datasheets, white papers, and customer value stories. Engage with R&D, BioFarm, and Technical teams to define product specs, develop recipes, and align on development priorities through workshops and roadmap planning.
Requirements
We anticipate that you are a Vietnamese local having 3+ years of commercial product strategy experience in majority B2B, B2C business, preferably in Aquaculture or similar sector. Ideally with Project Management qualification.
Beside, this job requires that you have:

Experience of working in a highly technical environment with the ability to present to customers/stakeholders in both a technical and non-technical way.

Proven track record working collaboratively across multiple teams and projects in a global matrix style organisation.

Deep understanding of global aquaculture landscape (e.g., customers, products, regulations) is preferred.

Able to manage multiple projects in a fast paced but informal working environment with a proven track record of new/enhanced product delivery.

Excellent communication skill.
