Senior Researcher - Aquatic Animal Health

Job Responsibilities: 1. Based on market and customer needs, and the cutting-edge technologies in China's aquaculture industry, develop and continuously upgrade new products and formulas. Based on customer needs and industry trends in the Chinese aquaculture market, and while tracking cutting-edge technologies in the animal nutrition industry, analyze product requirements, formulate product R&D plans, and conduct precise product upgrades, development, and management. 2. Responsible for performance testing and animal testing of new products and relevant research and testing collaboration management for China's aquaculture industry. Responsible for the performance verification of new aquaculture product lines in China and summarizing and providing feedback on product application effects, providing scientific data support for product transformation and market launch; responsible for the research work and collaboration management required for the construction of the aquaculture animal health technology platform. 3. Interface with global aquaculture R&I and technical centers, and drive the localization of overseas cutting-edge research. Undertake the liaison work between the aquaculture business and global aquaculture R&I and technical centers, and ensure the localization of overseas cutting-edge research results. 4. Provide back-office and research-based support to complex problems among pro-, on-, and post-sales scenarios during initial promotion periods after product launches. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, manufacturing, cost, and quality control, to ensure all products meet standards. 6. Ensure essential and sufficient key account visits and contacts, as well as field work on aquaculture farms, and so forth maintain up-to-date insights and understanding of customers and the feed industry. 7. Support R&I on IP management and talent development within the professional domain. 8. Other job assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

Job Requirements: 1. Doctor degree or above is preferred, majoring in aquaculture domains: microbiology, aquaculture farming, aquaculture disease and physiology, fishing resources, or relevant disciplines. 2. Strong knowledge of aquaculture domains: microbiology, aquaculture farming, aquaculture disease and physiology, fishing resources, or relevant disciplines in biological or environmental sciences. 3. Working-level reading, written, and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English. 4. Familiarity with regulatory requirements for aquaculture feed additives. 5. Familiarity with laboratory safety and quality control procedures. 6. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 7. Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking ability.
