As an Aquaculture Specialist, you’ll play a key role in caring for aquatic species, operating and improving production systems, and supporting research and innovation in marine aquaculture. You’ll collaborate with a passionate team to ensure healthy, sustainable aquaculture practices while contributing to projects that directly impact coastal ecosystems and the local mariculture industry.

What You’ll Do

• Feed, monitor, and care for aquatic species in tanks, ponds, or recirculating systems
• Maintain water quality and environmental conditions for optimal animal health
• Assist with spawning, larval rearing, and grow-out operations
• Support system maintenance, cleaning, and repairs
• Collect and record data on growth, health, and system performance
• Collaborate with research and production teams to improve efficiency and sustainability

Who You Are

• Passionate about aquaculture, marine biology, or sustainable food systems
• Comfortable with hands-on, physically active work in outdoor, wet, and hot/humid environments
• Reliable, safety-minded, and eager to learn new skills
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and teamwork mindset
