Main responsibilities:

• Support in the preparation and review of legal reports related to the fishing and aquaculture sector.
• Analysis of sector regulations and applicable rules.
• Drafting contracts and documents related to the fishing and aquaculture industry.
• Consulting services in asset acquisition processes for the industry, corporate/business restructuring of companies in the sector, and contract drafting.
• Advice on maritime regulation and coordination with government entities.
• Legal research and support in administrative litigation.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Law degree (0 to 3 years of experience inclusive).
• Advanced English.
• Immediate availability.
