- Deliver a 90-day go-to-market plan with named accounts, revenue targets, and conversion milestones.
- Own the territory P&L: pricing architecture, margin performance, and reporting cadence.
- Build and lead a high-performing team while fostering a global “one-team” culture.
- Forge strategic partnerships with producers and feed companies to accelerate adoption.
- Ensure operational scale-up with SLA compliance and QA frameworks.
Requirements
What we’re looking for
- Proven success in executive-level deal closing and pilot-to-subscription conversions.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L accountability.
- Ability to operate at start-up speed: decisive under uncertainty, disciplined with time.
- Clear, concise communication that translates technical value into ROI for decision-makers.
- Background in aquaculture, animal health, life sciences, or other complex B2B technology environments preferred.
