Requirements
Who are we looking for?
You have a higher education in aquaculture, marine biology, fish health, biology, bioinformatics or a similar scientific field. You don't need to know everything. The most important thing is that you are willing to learn, curious and motivated to develop in the role. It is an advantage if you have experience from the aquaculture industry, knowledge of farming processes in the sea phase or experience with data analysis. If you have worked with visualization tools, statistics or modeling, it is positive, but not a requirement. We believe that you enjoy working with details, have an eye for patterns and at the same time the ability to look up and see the whole picture behind the numbers. You collaborate well in interdisciplinary teams and enjoy sharing knowledge and discussing subjects. What do we offer? At Stingray, you get to work in an environment where biology and technology are developed side by side. With us, you get, among other things:
- An important role in the development of data-driven insights in aquaculture
- The opportunity to work with unique datasets and technology that few others in the industry have
- A daily routine where your analyses actually matter for fish health and production results
- A professional environment that encourages development, curiosity and learning
