This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone who wants to build something meaningful. You'll be the frontline of our growth-finding partners, closing deals, and helping farmers adopt technology that genuinely improves their livelihoods and environmental outcomes.
What you'll do:
- Identify and qualify prospective clients, distributors, and partners globally
- Lead cold outreach campaigns and manage inbound leads through to close
- Represent RYNAN at trade shows and industry events
- Collaborate with our marketing team on campaigns and content
- Work directly with clients to plan and implement TOMGOXY farm projects
- Build and manage relationships with international distribution partners
Requirements
Who We're Looking For
We care far more about how you think than what you've done. Industry experience is a bonus, not a requirement. We'll teach you aquaculture. What we can't teach:

Nice to have:
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Background in agriculture, aquaculture, or agritech
- Existing network in Southeast Asian farming or distribution channels
- Comfort with international travel and cross-cultural communication
