This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone who wants to build something meaningful. You'll be the frontline of our growth-finding partners, closing deals, and helping farmers adopt technology that genuinely improves their livelihoods and environmental outcomes.

 

What you'll do:

  • Identify and qualify prospective clients, distributors, and partners globally
  • Lead cold outreach campaigns and manage inbound leads through to close
  • Represent RYNAN at trade shows and industry events
  • Collaborate with our marketing team on campaigns and content
  • Work directly with clients to plan and implement TOMGOXY farm projects
  • Build and manage relationships with international distribution partners

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

 

We care far more about how you think than what you've done. Industry experience is a bonus, not a requirement. We'll teach you aquaculture. What we can't teach:

 

  • Sales instinct: You understand how to create urgency and close
  • Hunger: You're looking for a place where performance matters

  • Communication: You're articulate, persuasive, and professional

Nice to have:

  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
  • Background in agriculture, aquaculture, or agritech
  • Existing network in Southeast Asian farming or distribution channels
  • Comfort with international travel and cross-cultural communication
