Position:  Student Trainee, Job Description:

• Study and learn the tasks in the department where you are training in order to improve and develop your work methods further.
• Improve and develop work processes and methods, such as conducting experiments on aquaculture feed formulations, rearing aquatic animals (fish, shrimp), and recording their growth.
• Suggest solutions or improvements to enhance work efficiency.
• Present your internship or project results to management and receive feedback for improvement.
• Students will learn through practical experience from mentors with direct experience.

Requirements

• Currently studying for a bachelor's degree in Aquatic Animal Technology, Fishery Science, or a related field.
• They have basic knowledge of aquaculture, aquatic animal feed, and the use of various laboratory equipment.
• They possess leadership qualities, are bold in their thinking, actions, and decisions, and have good interpersonal skills.
• They have good presentation skills and are proficient in computer use.
• They are willing to learn and can study and suggest solutions to problems independently.
