We are seeking a Cofounder with a strong background in Aquaculture, Marine Biology, or Ocean Science to join our mission at the ground level and help shape AI-driven solutions for global food security.

What You’ll Do

• Lead aquaculture research strategy and apply domain expertise to product development

• Collaborate with AI teams to identify real-world applications in:

  • Disease detection

  • Water quality monitoring

  • Animal feeding optimization

  • Crop harvesting

• Build partnerships with research institutions (e.g., NOAA, USDA, World Aquaculture Society)

• Guide field pilots with hatcheries, farms, and industry experts

• Influence data strategy and validate AI model performance using real-world scenarios

Requirements

Qualifications Required

• MSc or PhD in Aquaculture, Marine Biology, Ocean Engineering, or a related field

• Hands-on experience in hatcheries, farms, or aquaculture research labs

• Strong collaboration skills to work with engineers, product leaders, and AI researchers

• Passion for sustainable food systems and marine innovation

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
