Job Details

This is a full-time, on-site Farm Manager role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Farm Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the freshwater prawn farm, ensuring optimal production and implementing best practices in farm management, irrigation, and agriculture. Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring overall farm performance, maintaining adherence to quality and environmental standards, and ensuring the application of GK AQUA's enhanced broodstock techniques to maximize yields.
 

Requirements

• Experience in Farm Management and Agriculture, with a focus on operational efficiency and yield optimization.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and their application in farm operations.
• Familiarity with farms and the agricultural sector, particularly aquaculture or poultry farming, is highly valued.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and farm activities effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Aquaculture, or a related field is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of disease management, environmental standards, and equipment maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic farm environments.
