Your Responsibilities:
- Driving sales growth for our aquaculture additives
- Visiting and developing customers, key accounts, and distributors in cooperation with regional sales colleagues and our product management team
- Developing and executing global and regional growth plans
- Analyzing markets and competitors
- Acting as the commercial interface for customers and distributors, providing market-oriented support
- Collaborating with our regional sales teams by delivering commercial product training, sales-argumentation support, and active assistance in the field
- Initiating and coordinating feeding trials
- Representing Biochem at scientific, professional and commercial events
Requirements
- Academic degree in Aquaculture, Fishery Science, Marine Biology, Animal Nutrition, Agriculture, or a related field
- Commercial background with strong industry experience
- Several years of professional experience in product management or sales in the aquaculture or feed additives industry
- Sales-driven mindset with a proactive, customer-focused approach
- Strong presentation and excellent communication skills
- High level of teamwork, organizational skills, and initiative
- Customer-oriented thinking, strong sales acumen and exceptional persuasive abilities
- Excellent English-skills; German and/or other languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel extensively worldwide
