- In vivo/In vitro clinical diagnosis (isolation and identification) of different aquatic animal biohazards pathogens.
- Monitoring of physio-chemical water quality parameters in correlation to its non-biological hazards incidence (deterioration).
- Selection of different aquaculture candidates (species) with highly survival rate as well as lower diseases incidence rate within advanced aquaculture techniques (RAS, Bio-floc, aquaponic, etc.).
- Establishment (undergoing) of aquatic animal diseases location map based on filed survey.
