Project Scientist

Objective

As a dedicated aquaculture scientist with over 15 years of hands-on experience in marine hatchery systems, I am driven by a mission to advance sustainable, high-yield aquaculture practices that balance productivity with ecological responsibility. My objective is to join a progressive marine hatchery or aquaculture research facility where I can apply my expertise in larval nutrition, live feed culture, and health monitoring to enhance hatchery performance, reduce mortality rates, and improve overall stock quality.
I aim to contribute to the development of innovative breeding protocols, optimize hatchery-based RAS systems, and implement cutting-edge phytoplankton and zooplankton management strategies. By integrating scientific research with practical hatchery operations, I seek to support the production of resilient, market-ready marine finfish and ornamental species while mentoring junior staff and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
Ultimately, I envision playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of marine aquaculture, where sustainability, science, and scalability converge to meet global seafood demands without compromising ocean health.
