We are recruiting for an Agronomist specializing in Data & Analytics to support enhanced, data-driven decision-making across production, pest management, fertigation, and climate control processes.
In this role, you will:
- Analyse production, pest management, fertigation, and climate data to optimize crop performance and operational efficiency.
- Build real-time dashboards, improve data collection processes, and ensure accurate, actionable reporting across farm operations.
- Work closely with senior agronomy and operations teams to translate insights into practical improvements
- Identify and monitor top-performing greenhouses.
- Flag struggling varieties and ensure corrective actions are prioritized and tracked.
- Detect deteriorating length profiles and link them to agronomic management for targeted interventions.
- Optimize spray program execution based on impact, risk pressure, and resource availability.
- Recommend greenhouse-specific bio-control strategies based on spray data analysis.
- Collaborate with agronomy and operations teams to optimize greenhouse performance, pest control, and resource use.
- Deliver weekly insights and support technical managers in aligning execution with strategic goals.

- MSc in Agronomy from a recognized agricultural institution (mandatory).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational data.

- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and dashboard creation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
