Responsibilities
1. Plan and oversee all plant facilities and utilities.
2. Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of plant buildings, grounds, and equipment.
3. Implement a maintenance program based on best practices.
4. Equip and maintain workshops.
5. Track and improve key maintenance KPIs.
6. Control maintenance costs.
7. Participate in strategy development and facility management.
8. Implement best practices and technology to improve operations.
9. Ensure compliance with sustainability, quality, and safety requirements.
10. Lead performance appraisal, career planning, and training.
11. Provide technical support for new product development and improvement.
12. Make decisions to improve maintenance plan effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Proven work experience from 15 to 20 years in Manufacturing Maintenance and Project Management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within FMCG or Aquaculture field is a must
- Knowledge of facility maintenance, utility operations, and maintenance information systems
- Experience with specialized equipment, including extruders
- Understanding of modern maintenance techniques and procedures
- Experience with automation, PLC, and maintenance management software
- Proficiency in TPM and reliability improvement techniques (RCA, FMEA, FMECA)
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
- Strong financial acumen
- Fluency in English
