Aquaculture Business Development Manager

Job Details

We are recruiting an  Aquaculture Business Development Manager  to join a team led by Elise (IFS Sales Director, Aquaculture and International Biocontrol). You will be responsible for developing and deploying the aquaculture offering across Europe, while contributing to the overall growth of the business in France and internationally.

Your daily life and your key missions will be as follows:

·       Contribute to the definition of the aquaculture supply strategy in conjunction with the IFS & Biocontrole Product Line departments

·       Develop sales strategies and prospect key prospects in the aquaculture sector in Europe and internationally

·       Implement a sales and marketing action plan to promote products.

·       Provide technical support to customers by answering questions and resolving product issues.

·        Train our clients' technical teams and internal teams (sales, formulation, product managers, RID, marketing, etc.) on the characteristics and benefits of aquaculture products.

·       Contribute to the innovation process by participating in the selection of strategic RID projects to develop new products and improve existing formulas.

·       Maintain technological monitoring of innovations and trends in the aquaculture market, nutritional additives and service offerings.

·       Ensure coordination with international teams, particularly in Asia and South America, to harmonize strategies and practices .

·       Ensure sales forecasts and finished product inventory management by optimizing stock levels to avoid stockouts.

 Presence several days per month in Bruz at the headquarters, in the areas and particularly in Europe.

Requirements

You will succeed thanks to:

• Experience in aquaculture nutrition, particularly in additives or related sectors
• A detailed understanding of the issues and trends underlying this sector of activity
• Proficiency in business development and P&L management in an international environment
• Your BtoB negotiation and customer relations skills
• A fluent level of English and Spanish
• Your ability to make decisions and manage the unexpected
• Your excellent communication and diplomacy
