CASES OF BACTERIAL INFECTIOUS DISEASES IN THE GROUPER AND THE ECONOMIC ANALYSIS ON MARINE CAGE CULTURE  IN PANDEGLANG, BANTEN PROVINCE.

Bacterial infection is one of the diseases in grouper with clinical sign like ulcer in the body and fin rot. Water in aquaculture is not just for live but as an intermediary for pathogen, so that bad environment cause fish stress and diseases transmissions becomes faster.

Sampling has done on marine cage culture belonging Mr. Sam located in Kp. Cisaat, Banten Province. Sample was fish with pathogen clinical sign like weaker body, ulceration, or decrease appetite and has 18-22 cm for long body. Ulceration caused by bacterial, parasite or virus, therefore  laboratory examination should be carried out for diagnose Water quality has done for supporting data like temperature, pH, DO and salinity. From the examinition results obtained iridovirus and VNN negative and positive bacteria.

The cause of death due to huge losses for farmer, therefore economic analysis has done to determine the amount of losses and it is expected to be reference feasibility grouper aquaculture on marine cage culture
