Efforts to improve the productivity of tilapia fish farming continues to be implemented in order to improve the economy tilapia fish farmers in Batanghari river, one application of the technology that is done is to increase the size of the seeding and the use of streptococcus vaccine. Grow out  activities carried out in Batanghari River with a container of floating net (FNC) measuring 3x3 m, into each cage reared red tilapia fish measuring 8-12 cm (10 g) with a density of 2,000 fish / FNC , for pisciculture given feed the floating-protein feed in the form of 30-32%, method of feeding is done satiation with a frequency of 2-3 times a day. Vaccine made during the nursery through feed and repeated at the time of grow out in the FNC. Obtained from these activities resulted in a faster harvest time consumption becomes 2.5-3 months with a mean size of 326.25 gr, the survival rate of 50.18% and FCR of 1.44. In addition, from financial analysis showed BEP fish unit price of Rp. 5.300, - with a payback period of 24 months and a B/C ratio of 1.42 indicates that the business is still viable. The results also showed farmers can increase revenue by 30-40% higher than berfore.
