Survival (survival) have long been a cause of delays in shrimp farming, and the low survival rate of the shrimp is influenced by many factors, one of them, is a way of cultivation (Ali, 2009), budiaya shrimp vaname in KJA is a new technology in the cultivation has been done by BPBL Ambon, and One of the factors that can increase the production of shrimp vaname is with intensive systems through increased stocking density.

In this activity, shrimp vaname kept in cage size 8x4x m, fed with trash and stocked with 3 treatments stocking density ie A1), 195 fish / m3; A2). 234 head / m3; and A3). 273 fish / m3. The results obtained showed that the rate of pertaumbuhan absolute shrimp are stocked at a density of 195 fish / m3 higher at 0.089 g / day compared to stocking density 234 fish / m3 and 273 fish / m3 which has a growth rate of absolute 0.080 g / day and 0.075 g / day. While the highest survival was obtained at vaname shrimp are stocked at a density of 195 fish / m3 of 90%, followed by stocking density 234 head / m3 (75%) and 273 fish / m3 (65%). Noting the results obtained, the higher stocking densities lower then the SR,
