Monthly wet weight and shell length data of Perna perna were collected at Ras Al-Had, Ras Madrakah and Mirbat in the Omani waters between December 2010 and November 2011. The method of length-weight relationship was used. The condition factor was calculated according to the formula: K = (W/L3) x 100. The condition factor was 0.00661, 0.00640 and 0.00546 for Ras Madrakah, Ras Al-Had and Mirbat respectively. The results of the condition factors agrees very well with the general well-being of the mussel stocks along the 3 sites in the coastal waters of Oman.
