Crablet of Scylla serrata production in hatchery is still low, one of the reason is due to the low content of EPA and DHA in rotifer and naupli artemia used as feed for larvae then caused less succesfull of larvae attained to the crablet stage. Due to those reasons it is suggested that rotifer and naupli artemia could be enriched with HUFA, Nannochloropsis sp and vitamin C before being given to the mangrove crab larvae. Rotifer and artemia naupli enrichment with HUFA or Nannochloropsis sp would enhancing EPA and DHA content in rotifer as well as artemia. The increasing ratio of DHA/EPA would important to stimulated successfully of larvae develop to the next stage, while vitamin C as the imunostimulant to the larvae. The objective of the research is to know the best enrichment  to the artemia naupli fed to to the  S. serrata larvae.

New hatch mangrove crab, S. serrata larvae  reared in conical fiber tanks  volume 200 L (Figure 1) with larvae stocking density was  100 ind./L. Zoea-1 to Zoea-3 larvae stage were fed rotifer, while at Zoea-3 to megalop stage were fed artemia naupli with different enrichment as  the treatments namely ; A). Artemia naupli was enriched using HUFA, B). Artemia nauplius was enriched using HUFA and Nannochloropsis sp, C). Artemia naupli was enriched using HUFA and vitamin C, D). Artemia naupli was enriched using HUFA, Nannochloropsis sp and vitamin C (Table 1). Larvae development and crablet production were monitored. Total haemocyte cell count in zoea-5, DHA, EPA  content in rotifer and artemia naupli were analysis also.
