Qualifications:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: • High performance technical professional with extensive knowledge of Aquaculture. A specific background or knowledge in shrimp aquaculture is preferred. A minimum 5 years industry experience and 3 years working for an international company in a commercial role. • Degree in Animal Nutrition or Veterinary Medicine or Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Aquaculture or Marine Science • Experience in conducting field research trials. • Experience in field application protocol development. • Skilled in the use and application of statistics in Marine Science or Aquaculture. • Possess strong analytical skills. • Strong commercial acumen. • Demonstrated ability to effectively train others on technical material. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Verbal, written and reading fluency in English. • Strong preference will be given to those with verbal and written skills in Vietnamese language. • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute across the business. • Ability to work unsupervised and show initiative as required. • Time management and project management skills. • Advanced computer skills – PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM • Excellent time management and organization skills.

POSITION: Aquaculture Specialist, Technical Service & Sales – SE Asia Full-Time Independent Contractor HOURS: As required. Will require some after-hours calls with US team. REPORTING TO: Senior Executive Vice President, Agri-business This is an exciting opportunity for a western educated aquaculture person with much field experience. BiOWiSH Technologies, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill a challenging and exciting new position in Aquaculture, as an Aquaculture Specialist, Technical Service & Sales. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for assessing and implementing methods using BiOWiSH™ technologies for improving shrimp and fin fish production and improve disease resistance. The role focus is to transition technology from Research and Development to Commercialization through identifying, training and sales support of distributors. Overall responsibilities will include supporting the commercialization of the BiOWiSH® Aquaculture products by promoting the products to distributors and end-users, managing trials with commercial partners, working with R&D and Marketing teams to produce technical literature, marketing collaterals and training materials, training distributors and end-users, and provide support to the international BiOWiSH Aquaculture Commercial Team. KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS: • Develop and maintain key accounts for the sale of BiOWiSH products in SE Asia. • Provide technical support to distributors, dealers, end users and research partners to ensure optimal performance of the technology and ongoing sales. • Manage aquaculture products positioning and marketing plans based on understanding of production systems. • Support BiOWiSH product sales for other product applications as required. • Assist in development of technical, training and marketing tools to support segment sales. • Work with the BiOWiSH R&D team in the development of optimized formulas and application recommendations for animal health production applications. • Contribute to increasing gross profit and achievement of Key Performance Indicators. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Effectively define and communicate advantages of BiOWiSH products to key customers, distributors, industry bodies, and thought leaders. • Coordinate and plan client trials that demonstrate the value of BiOWiSH to gain distribution partners and end users. • Provide commercial product positioning and training for dealers to assist with their sales calls. • Demonstrate the value proposition to local nutritionists and industry thought leaders to influence business with local growers. • Collect, organize and derive information from trial data to produce BWT best management practices and marketing materials in the designated region. • Develop BiOWiSH application protocols with effective recommendations to advance aquaculture animal production economics and support BiOWiSH animal agriculture product sales. • Provide technical support to BiOWiSH distributors, dealers and end users. • Conduct training for dealers at dealer meetings and on-farm meetings. • Contribute to BiOWiSH initiatives as a member of the global team. • Contribute to annual business planning as part of Agri-Business Team. • Contribute to achieving segment revenue and margin targets in accordance with the business plan. • Maintain intimate knowledge of the respective products, market, distribution channels, competitive landscape and application areas. • Liaise with relevant research institutions and analytical laboratories in the region. • Any other duties as required by SEVP of Agri-Business. • Uphold all company policies including Anti-Trust (and international equivalent) compliance. WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT: • Travel is required in this role. • Work is performed in home office work environment and will also include on-site visits. • Limited physical effort required. • No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
