Marley Anderson Silva Aragão

Objective

Fisheries Engineer | Aquaculture Consultant & Data Analyst

I am a dedicated Fisheries Engineer (UEMA) driven by the challenge of modernizing aquaculture through data-driven strategies and sustainable practices. My professional foundation is built on practical field experience gained during a year-long tenure at Piscicultura Recanto do Peixe, where I managed intensive Tilapia production cycles, focusing on fattening protocols, water quality monitoring, and sanitary management.

My key differentiator in the industry is the ability to bridge the gap between biological operations and advanced data science. I possess strong proficiency in Python, R, and Power BI, tools I utilize to transform raw field data into actionable insights that optimize feed conversion, reduce mortality, and predict production outcomes.

Furthermore, I bring a specialized focus on Occupational Safety and Risk Mapping within aquaculture environments. I believe that true sustainability encompasses not only animal welfare and environmental stewardship but also the safety and efficiency of the human workforce.

I am currently seeking opportunities in aquaculture consultancy or production management where I can apply this multidisciplinary approach—combining zootechnical expertise with analytical precision—to solve complex challenges and drive operational excellence.
