In a dynamic team, you will be in charge of the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment policy for our future Nesle production site (80). As such your missions will be as follows:

Upstream of the start of the production site

  • Define and formalize the HACCP approach for our industrial production unit
  • Write health registration files and apply to the authorities
  • Operationalize the tools and train the teams

During and after ramp-up of production

  • Obtain sanitary approval
  • Ensure a quality level of the finished product in accordance with the specifications, in coordination with the production manager
  • To guarantee the respect of the rules of hygiene and safety within the production site
  • Accompany the different actors (production manager, engineers, operators ...) in the QHSE approach of InnovaFeed


  • Education level: Bac +5 / Master
  • Experience: > 3 years

With a Master degree in engineering school, you have 3 years minimum experience on this type of position in the animal feed industry, ideally. You have field experience, you are pragmatic and you have already interacted with the health authorities.
