Abstract

In the present study, we used bioinformatics approach and compare gene regulatory networks using microarray data to identify gene expression differences in sexual maturity traits of rainbow trout (Onchorhynchus mykiss). The gene expression profiles of sexual maturity were investigated and compared based on microarray gene analysis. We identified putative related microarray analysis could provide important data regarding molecular mechanisms of reproductive process for future experimental investigations.
