The session will obtain input from farmers and supporting businesses to identify their workforce needs including the knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics that enable employees to gain employment and how to advance their careers. The session will inform future workforce development programs within organizations who provide workforce development such as the NOAA’s National Sea Grant College Programs and Aquaculture Associations.
