The biophysical group included natural conditions of the area, such as topography, land use, river system, road network, land use/land cover and flood area. Biophysical factors also included access to facilities and distance to major impacts such as weather conditions, which were closely linked to the exposure component. The socioeconomic data group was mostly secondary data at the district level and consisted of an aquaculture development index, dependency on aquaculture and agriculture for livlihood, the ratio of clinic doctors, nurses, hospital, healthcare services, schools, and population, education level, financial capability of farmer’s households and local authority. Each parameter was prepared in the form of a map layer and the level of impacts were categorized from low to high, represented by numerical values from 1 to 5.
