Personalized Order Correction Needs Support

Posted: 4 days ago
Noticing a spelling issue in a Mint and Lily personalized order right after checkout made me wonder how quickly support can still change the details. The order has not shipped, but the account does not show an edit option. Has anyone contacted support shortly after ordering, and were they able to correct the personalization before production started? I would rather fix the personalization before the order moves into production.

Personalized orders are easiest to correct before production starts, so the exact revised spelling should be ready as soon as the issue is noticed. The purchase reference plus the original personalization make it simple to show what needs to change. An account without an edit button does not always mean the order is already locked. A support agent can first confirm whether production has begun. Help listed under https://mint-and-lily.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html makes it possible to request the corrected text and receive confirmation that the revised version is the one being prepared.

Personalized orders always feel time-sensitive once you notice a typo. Having the corrected spelling, order reference, and original text ready before contacting support makes a lot of sense. Thanks for pointing out that no edit button doesn’t automatically mean production has already started.
