I need help filling out DD Form 1750. I'm not sure what to put in the "END ITEM" block when shipping assorted repair parts, and do I need to fill out the "Initial Operation" and "Running Spares" columns? Does anyone have clear instructions for this form?

DD 1750 had me second-guessing every block. For the "END ITEM" block with assorted repair parts, write the major system those parts belong to - the vehicle or equipment they're meant for - not each individual part. "Initial Operation" is for parts needed to get equipment running from day one, "Running Spares" covers ongoing maintenance needs, and I usually leave both blank unless setting up a new supply stock. What caught me off guard was the quantity column - match the unit of issue from your supply catalog, because a box of bolts is not the same as a single bolt in the system.
