The replacement of fish meal with Ulva meal was investigated in feed for Grouper. Grouper (3 g) were fed for 60 days on feeds containing each of the Ulva meal to replace 10, 20 and 30% of fish meal and performance compared against a nutritionally balanced control under the same condition. There were no significant differences in survival rate between the control and feed containing  ulva meal. The result showed that the replacement of fish meal with 10% ulva meal produced unsignificantly growth performance and digestibility compared with control. The following data of specific growth rate each treatment  are A. 1.25%, B. 1.21%, C. 1.14% dan D. 1.12%; Weigh Gain A. 31.79, B. 30.24, C. 26.01, D. 25.61%;  level of digesbility A. 98.29%, B. 97.92%, C. 97,30%, and D. 93.06; Survival Rate A. 93.33, B. 91.11, C. 97.78, D. 77.78%. In conclusion, Ulva meal can replace at least 10% fish meal in grouper feed.
