Feed is the highest cost component in aquaculture, so its become an important factor  that determine the business profits. Currently, due to higher fish feed prices, many farmers use commercial feed to reduce the cost of production, although its protein content under standard. The high price of feed, because most of the commercial feed raw materials depend on imported products. One solution to reduce the price of feed is to produce feed On Farm Fee. This research was conducted in an effort to find a formula feed for fish nursery based feed ingredients locally. It's also to determine the growth response of nursery feed milk with quality under Standard National Indonesia.

The method in this activity is to compare three feed treatments

-      A. control diet with 30 % protein content

-      B. Formula feed with local ingredients that a protein content is 23 %

-      C. Formula feed with local ingredients that a protein content is 23 % plus digest enzim.

The research results showed that the rate of growth in a row as follows: A. 2:01 + 0:38 %, followed by treatment of C. 1:59 + 0:50 % and treatment B. 1:03 + 0:35 % . A level of feed digestibility. 95.51 + 0.47% , followed by treatment C. 95.67% + 0.55 and treatment B. 0 89.67 % + 2.70 %.
