Technology Yumina-Bumina system of tidal is the technology of fish farming integrated with vegetables (Yumina) and or fish farming integrated with fruit (Bumina), where the supply of nutrients for the plant is obtained by pumping the water from the fish pond, which is equipped with depositional system and automatic siphon to adjust the height of water level in the container of growing media so it can be up and down (tidal) periodically. The problem of this technology appears when the catfish stocking density is more than 500 fish / m3. Its productivity is low due to low survival rate. The study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of probiotics on the productivity of catfish enlargement in yumina-bumina tidal system. The study was conducted in Kertosari, District of Temanggung, Central Java, using 6 pools, each measuring 4 x 2 x 1 m2. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with two treatments, 3 replications, namely: a) Using the application of probiotics; and b)) without application of probiotics (control). The fish tested  was Sangkuriang catfish size of 9-10 cm originating from Unit Pembenihan Rakyat (Hatchery Unit). Stocking density of fish was 625 fish / m3, maintained for 3 months with a given feed pellets floating 5% of the biomass of fish, with a frequency of 2 times / day. The probiotics contain colonies of bacteria Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus cereus and Bacillus sp., which is applied through the medium of the pool water. Research results showed that the application of probiotics can improve crop yields catfish, pakcoy, tomatoes and eggplant respectively 20.1%, 15.1%, 8% and 23.3% compared to controls.
